We work with local universities and developer communities to give students real exposure to production engineering. Django.Pub, our Django & Python community in Lutsk, is where that currently shows up.
Why we do this
Education is part of how we practice engineering.
We work daily on production logistics and security systems, and we think the people who will build the next generation of them deserve real exposure before graduation. Django.Pub - a Django and Python community we co-organize in Lutsk - is our flagship initiative for that so far, run in direct partnership with local universities. It is not the only way we plan to get involved, but it is where we have put the most work to date.

Cooperation Agreement
A state university in Lutsk founded in 1966, with national status since 2008. LNTU has 7 faculties, around 11,000 students, and hosts our Django.Pub meetups and hackathons on campus.
Technical Applied College of LNTU
Cooperation Agreement
A vocational pre-higher education college within LNTU, tracing its history to 1978. It trains mid-level technical specialists for Lutsk and the Volyn region and has graduated more than 16,000 students.
Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University
Cooperation Agreement
Founded in 1940 and based in Lutsk, this is one of the largest universities in the Volyn region, with roughly 8,000-9,000 students across a broad range of academic programs.
Professional College of Technologies, Business and Law of Lesya Ukrainka VNU
Cooperation Agreement
A structural unit of Volyn National University in Lutsk, offering programs in accounting and law, commodity science, and food technologies at the pre-higher vocational education level.
